Tutorials: Change Eye Color
FIRST, open your picture - i will be using THIS one.

NEXT, duplicate your picture (there should be two layers with the same picture).

THEN, click the eraser tool and make the settings look like this

THEN, erase the eyes on the DUPLICATED LAYER ; please note: you will not see
any thing disappear because the same picture is underneath - but trust me it is.

NEXT, click on your BOTTOM layer , and hit CTRL + U and adjust your
hue/saturation, a box should come up like this
